Cozy and sunny 2BR flat in the city centre (Sky10)

Positive: Great stay for good value

The apartment was very nice - clean inside and the neighborhood felt safe and attractive. We had a car, so I can not speak to the convenience of the location vis-a-vis getting to the city center, but it was not necessarily very close (I would venture an estimate of about 5km away). Two things about the listing really need to be revisited. The apartment, while comfortable, does not feel especially sunny -- as the title of the listing suggests. Moreover, the listing states that there is washer and dryer on the site, but this is very misleading. The owner was often very prompt in responding to our messages, although not entirely forthcoming about such important information. ... We arrived after 1.5 weeks prior travel, and told him that laundry was a priority. He neglected to tell us we only had a limited time to retrieve the security card to the laundry room from him (within the first 24 hours after arrival). The laundry card was only available in his office in a different location in town, during his working hours, and we were approaching a 3-day holiday). He made no offer to meet up or bring us the card, and he offered no laundry alternatives. It would have made a big difference if he had checked in with us shortly after our arrival and informed us that we had a limited time to sort out the laundry situation (and informed us how complicated it would be to acces the laundry room). This dampened an otherwise mostly positive vrbo experience.

Positive: Posizione perfetta per muoversi nella città, perfetto per la street parade. Negative: Unica nota sfavorevole della casa sono i cuscini per dormire. Non davano supporto alla testa.
